Founded in Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, in 1895 by 14 women determined to improve the health and welfare of the community’s residents. Over 125 years later, we still govern the hospital system we founded in 1923 and provide other community-benefits such as community grants, support for those in need, support for veterans, and educational scholarships. And we have fun doing it!

Membership meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month from October through June at the James-Lorah Auditorium unless otherwise noted in the meeting schedule.
In the event of the cancellation of a monthly Membership Meeting, please check your email or visit our website at: VIA-Doylestown.org on the day of the event for up-to-date information. Note: The meeting will be cancelled if the Central Bucks schools are closed due to inclement weather.
We plan to have in-person general membership meetings starting in October 2021. However, we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will adjust the meeting schedule if necessary. Please check VIA-Doylestown.org for any updates.
Shuttle service will be provided by Pine Run Transportation one-half hour prior to the start of the meeting. Pick-up is located on Broad Street outside the County Parking Garage. The shuttle will be available for return to the garage after the meeting.
Handicapped Parking: For anyone with a handicap placard, there are 10 parking spots in the County Parking Lot directly behind the James-Lorah Auditorium. They are reserved with cones and you must have a handicap placard to use them.
