Shining a Light on Health and Well-Being

We are honored to bring a renewed focus to our original mission of recognizing mental health as real health.

The VIA’s newest initiative, REACH, is dedicated to creating proactive pathways to mental well-being in our community. The initiative’s goal is to expand our long-standing mission of destigmatizing mental health and increasing awareness and access to mental well-being in the Bucks County community.

Making a Difference: Turning Challenges into Labors of Love

Our work is made possible by the generosity and support of our donors, members, and community partners.

True community impact takes passion, commitment, and investment – and the VIA is fortunate to have all three as a framework for how we carry out our mission. Each year, our nonprofit donates hundreds of thousands of dollars to groups and organizations that share our core values of bringing improved health, wellness, and quality of life to Bucks County.

We raise funds through various activities:

• Events and initiatives spearheaded by our hardworking committees
• Tours of the James-Lorah Memorial Home, our historic headquarters, located in the heart of Doylestown
• Event rentals of the James-Lorah Auditorium, part of our wonderful space
• Donations from our members and the public
