The first meeting of the VIA was held April 26, 1895, with 14 women present. Since that time the VIA has grown in size and scope to its present membership of 300 + members.
Some of the benefits of belonging to the VIA include:
- Participating in the community, its improvement, growth and change
- Pursuing cultural and artistic interests
- Giving back a variety of sectors in Central Bucks and surrounding communities
- Sharing in the camaraderie of others and thereby finding that the community in which we reside is a place in which we truly “live”
